Important Note! 

You will be using a mixture of Visual Studio and Microsoft Office to submit your answers. We'll be looking for specific answers in this small scavenger hunt. You will submit your code and answers as well as Microsoft Word document and save your screenshots to one general folder location.

A Visual Studio scavenger hunt where students are given a handout with a list of items to complete in a set amount of time. Each item will be worth a set amount of points. Students who earn the most points by then end of the allotted time get rewarded!

About the Mini Event

Students will be working with Visual Studio to create multi-language and multi-purpose applications. We have food, prizes and more just for coming out!

While there are winners, this is a great learning experience to use software widely used in the technological workforce.

Eligibility

  1. You must be a Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or Design student to participate.

  2. You must be 18 or older to participate.

  3. A basic knowledge of Visual Studio and the environment surrounding it. We're not creating anything complex, don't worry. An understanding is an asset.

  4. Knowledge of multiple computer languages and basic concept of Object Oriented Programming.

Requirements

We'll provide the outline on paper of what you need to create. You will create ALL applications, zip them and submit them to ChallengePost by no later than 7PM EST on OCT 15. If you are not at the event and submit, you cannot win. As per if you do not submit your content on time, you will not be judged either!
